The Cabins
Once you have booked the trip you will be given all of the details on how to book your cabin with Cunard.

The prices quoted are for the Britannia Inside Cabin.
There are many other cabin options which are on offer and Cunard will be able to help you with this.

Flights
Flights are handled by either you or Cunard.
​
When booking your cabin with Cunard you will be given the option to add flights to you reservation.
Depending on the price they offer, you can then decide whether to go ahead with the ease of them handling the booking, or alternatively you can research and book you own flight to New York.
Packages
Places are limited to 12 so in order to guarantee your place a 25% deposit is required as soon as possible. We will then require a further 25% on 1st November 2024 and the Final Balance will be required on 1st March 2025.
Prices quoted are subject to change depending on Cunard's prices at the time of booking.
Prices are lower if you have someone to share with, due to single person supplements at the Hotel in New York and also on board the Queen Mary 2.
We also offer the option of New York only - there are only 2 places available for this option unless the trip doesn't sell out in which case we could take more. Please enquire for more details of this.

Please Note: You are more than welcome to bring a 'non-sewing' partner or friend with you on the trip to bring the cost of the rooms down. There will be a bespoke quote amount for this. However, please be aware that this person will not be entitled to join in any of the planned activities with the rest of the group including meals in New York or on the Cruise. The planned activities are solely for the attendees of the Sewing Tour & Cruise.
Cancellation Terms
We recommend that you take out insurance as soon as you make the booking with us. Make sure your holiday insurance includes Cruises.

There is a 48hr cancellation period from the time of booking, in which you will receive a full refund. After this if you cancel before 1st October 2024 you will receive a 50% refund of monies paid. After 1st October no refund can be given.
