Three days of sewing, relaxing and socialising at the beautiful Dartington Hall Hotel in Totnes, Devon
We will be creating a lovely sewing space in the Great Hall at the Hotel which is light and airy with plenty of room for you to make a project of your choice.
We will be on hand to help with lots of tips and techniques; there will also be demonstrations and talks from Claire.
Refreshments and a buffet lunch will be provided each day with afternoon tea on Friday before you head home.
What You Need To Bring: Sewing project including pattern, fabric & notions, a machine with leads and accessories, extra light (optional). Sewing Box.- Sewing Machines are available to hire from us at £10 per day
What We Will Provide: Goody bag, Overlockers, Irons & ironing Boards, pressing tools, haberdashery shop

Timings are approximate with lots of fun things planned.
The cost of dinner is not included so eating at the hotel or offsite is flexible.

THE COST OF THE WEST COUNTRY RETREAT IS £495
In order to book onto the retreat a £150 NON-REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERRABLE deposit is required.
Please do check that you can attend before booking.
The balance will be due 1st September 2024
Please Note - Accommodation is NOT included in the cost of the retreat. You will need to book this yourself after booking your place.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you cannot make the Sewing Retreat, you may obtain a refund or a transfer less the deposit to a different date within 8 months of the original booking, subject to availability. You may also transfer the booking to a different name. Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in no less than 28 days before the Sewing Retreat date to obtain a refund less the deposit or workshop/name transfer.
Deposits paid are non-refundable and not transferrable.
Any transferred bookings will be charged at the price of the new date selected.
Any cancellations made within less than 28 days of the Sewing Retreat date will not be refundable or transferrable.
We suggest that you consider course cancellation insurance to protect you in case of illness, injury or other unforeseen circumstances
In exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel a Sewing Retreat. If that happens we will give you as much notice as possible and will try to accommodate you on a different date, or refund your fee paid, whichever you prefer. We do not accept liability for travel or other costs.
